Patch Notes June 17th

• Fix the black skyboxes on WinMR and Steam
• Fix the error message that Steam users briefly encountered in 4.2.24, before we rolled it back. (“The world you’re trying to reach isn’t available on this device.”)

Other notes

The cool skybox world template will be fixed. You can use an alternative cool sky template in the mean time.
